DAY PORTER
  • Keep all common areas and parking lot free of debris, remove trash from landscaping as needed
  • Clean corners, curb lines and around car bumpers
  • Empty all common area trash and re-line containers
  • Haul trash to approved dumpsters
  • Maintain trash enclosures and ensure that trash is placed inside bins; close doors
  • Wipe down all trash container lids and sides; scrape gum, candy etc. as needed
  • Remove cigarette butts and debris from sand urns; replace sand as needed
  • Dust/wipe down all exterior window sills
  • Spot clean any and all spills as they occur
  • Notify management of any observed damage or deficiency requiring additional attention
JANITORIAL
